 One thing for sure ,is that we cannot all be skinny …. (Forget all the media lies) and we don’t have to be size 2 to look and feel fabulous.  I believe in eating healthy and drinking a lots of water, veggies, and fruits daily.  you can be thick, beautiful, and healthy.
