Police Commissioner Bans #BringBackOurGirls Rally in Abuja

The Commission of Police in the Federal Capital Territory Abuja, Mbu Joseph has just banned all  form of the #BringBackOurGirls Rally in Abuja.

This can only happen in Nigeria...how dare him.... I weep for Nigeria
